CourtSync is a specialized third-party editing service designed exclusively for court reporters. Upload your rough transcript and audio, and we return a cleanly scoped, formatted version ready for certification and delivery—saving you hours of manual work.

2. Our editing team processes it with precision and care.
3. You receive the completed, scoped document (typically within days, depending on length and time of submission).
4. Review, make any final tweaks if needed, and deliver to your client with confidence.

For typical transcripts, expect roughly a 72 hour turnaround time. Rush options are available for urgent depositions or trials -select during upload- if you need your transcript back within 24 hours.

We gladly accept a wide range of common audio and text formats to make uploading effortless:

• Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, MPGA (up to 5 GB per file)
• Text/Transcript: TXT, RTF (up to 50 MB per file)

Yes—security is paramount at CourtSync. We protect every transcript with top-tier measures:

• AES-256 encryption — AES-256 is the strongest variant of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), the gold-standard symmetric encryption algorithm adopted by NIST in 2001 and approved by the U.S. government for protecting classified data (up to TOP SECRET level). We use it for all data at rest and pair it with TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
• End-to-end bank-level encryption from upload to delivery.
• Temporary storage only — files auto-delete after delivery (no long-term retention without consent).
• Strict role-based access controls (RBAC) — logged and need-to-know only.
• No sharing, resale, or third-party access beyond secure processing.
